About us

Keith D. Weiner & Associates Co., L.P.A. (KWA) was founded in 1985. KWA is a full service debt collection law firm. We limit our practice to commercial and retail collections, foreclosures, bankruptcy, replevins, evictions, mechanic liens and civil litigation related to these areas.

Since 1985, we have been located in the same building on Public Square. During that time, KWA has seen steady growth. Currently, it employs 73 people who respond to its client’s needs each day.

We understand that clients do not have to entrust us with their business. Rather, they do so because of our commitment to personal service and the results we obtain.
